Welcome to MechUp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation of the Services or any other user’s use and enjoyment of the Services.

When you book a service through MechUp, you agree to pay the specified price for the service. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You acknowledge that the mechanics providing the services are independent contractors and not employees or agents of MechUp.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment in accordance with the mechanic’s cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. MechUp reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as specified in the cancellation policy.

After receiving a service, you may be asked to provide a review and rating for the mechanic. You agree to provide honest and accurate feedback. MechUp reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate our guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Services are the property of MechUp or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MechUp disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MechUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold MechUp, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

MechUp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or mobile application. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
